Faith adds strength to you.

Proverbs 24:10 (BSB) states, “If you faint in the day of distress, how small is your strength!”

How do you gain strength under pressure?

The spirit, soul, and body work best with faith in God.

I learned, through spiritual growth, that faith in God adds strength to your spirit, soul, and body.

Mark 11:22 (NLT) states, "Have faith in God."

Faith acts like a muscle, building your strength in God.

It is a supernatural way to gain strength from the Lord.

The picture above is a mustard seed.

Jesus said in Matthew 17:20 (NIV), “Truly I tell you, if you have faith as small as a mustard seed, you can say to this mountain, ‘Move from here to there,’ and it will move. Nothing will be impossible for you.”

The size of a mustard seed represents the size of faith to believe in God.

Be well,

Tulani
