Jesus came to the earth to give you eternal life and show you how to live from your authentic nature. Jesus was authentic in his beliefs, truth, actions, and purpose on the earth. As a believer in Christ, Jesus calls you to discipleship to live a life like him. God created you to live this life in your authentic nature.

Your authentic nature is the origin of how God created you. The truth of mankind authentic nature is found in Genesis 1:26-28 when God equipped your spirit with what you need to live.

Your authentic nature includes the following:

  1. Your purpose

  2. Unlimited potential

  3. Essential qualities to be sufficient

  4. No defects in your spirit

  5. Having dominion

God instructed mankind to be productive with what he has given them. God has given you the following to be productive in your authentic nature:

  1. His image and likeness - God made you in his image and likeness.

  2. Talent - God empowered you to use your natural abilities.

  3. Influence - To add value to people with your influence

Your authentic nature is connected to you prospering in your spirit, soul, and body. 3 John 2 says, “Beloved, I wish above all things that thou mayest prosper and be in health, even as thy soul prospereth.

This includes living the life Jesus chose and appointed you to produce (John 15:16). The benefits of living from your authentic nature are:

  • Happiness

  • Wellness

  • Peace

  • Favor

The source to live from your authentic nature is the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus (Romans 8:2). Therefore, it’s important to know how the kingdom of God fully operate (Matthew 6:33). There are spiritual and natural laws that produce the life God created for you to experience when you apply them in your daily living.

Living from your spirit on a daily basis includes renewing your mind to the truth of God’s word. This causes you to experience life transformation that is free from dread and frustration. This is when faith meets personal growth. This cancels out being conformed to societal standards that oppose who you are. Life factors that work against you will diminish when you consistently live from your spirit.

There is no shortcut to experiencing your authentic nature in fullness. This is a process that includes your sacrifice to open you mind to God’s thoughts and ways. This takes patience but your reward is far greater than your sacrifice.

Jesus came to the earth that you may have life and have it more abundantly (John 10:10). This life is connected to your authentic nature. Deuteronomy 30:19 says,”This day I call the heavens and earth as witnesses against you that I have set before you life and death, blessings and curses. Now choose life, so that you and your children may live.” This abundant living that Jesus made a way for you to live is based on your choice to live it.
