There are times when life circumstances can push you in the pit of disappointment. You may be left wondering why did God allow this to happen. God knew you will face life challenges that will try to suck the life out of you. The truth is God is with you to pull you out of the pit. He left you with a strategy to get out.

One meaning for strategy is a detailed plan for achieving success in any area of your life. What are your thoughts about your future? God thinks success regarding your future. He has plans to prosper you. Jeremiah 29:11 says, “For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.” God’s promise to prosper you stand against any adversity you experience.

You must ask yourself if you have made your problem bigger than God. God made his power available to you to overcome problems in life. One of God’s strategy is to be your defender. Psalm 62:2 (KJV) says, “He only is my rock and my salvation; he is my defence; I shall not be greatly moved.” God’s power is your defense to experience God’s plans for your life.

Here is the truth: You were not created to fight your battles. God has the power to fight your battles. Psalm 62:11 (KJV) says, “God hath spoken once; twice have I heard this; that power belongeth unto God.”

God’s power is activated in your life by faith. You must have faith in God’s power. 1 Corinthians 2:5 (KJV) says, That your faith should not stand in the wisdom of men, but in the power of God.

Faith in God’s power comes when you acknowledge your need for God when you feel weak, discouraged, pain, and overwhelmed with life challenges. Psalm 51:17 (KJV) says, “The sacrifices of God are a broken spirit: a broken and a contrite heart, O God, thou wilt not despise.”

God wants your weakness in exchange for his power. God releases His power to you when you welcome God in your pain and weakness. Isaiah 40:29 (KJV) says, “He giveth power to the faint; and to them that have no might he increaseth strength.”

Have faith in God’s power! His power is available to you now.
