How God's Love Advances You

God's love for you is the truth.

The love God created you in rejoices in the truth.

1 Corinthians 13:6 (NIV) says, "Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth."

Receiving the truth of God's love in your heart will advance your mind toward who you are in Christ.

Part of living in God's image is to project God's love from your heart.

Including the truth of who you are in God's love.

How do you project who you are in God's love?

Self-love connects to the truth of who God made you to become.

Self-love does not accept self-judgment, guilt, shame, or low self-esteem.

Instead, self-love chooses to live in the highest awareness of truth.

Self-love expands through meditation.

Joshua 1:8 (NIV) says, "Keep this Book of the Law always on your lips; meditate on it day and night, so that you may be careful to do everything written in it. Then you will be prosperous and successful."

The following are some truths to meditate on:

• I am made in God's image. (Genesis 1:27)

• I am filled with skills from God. (Exodus 31:3)

• I am a new creation. (2 Corinthians 5:17)

• I am born of God. (1 John 5:1)

• I am a winner. (1 John 5:4)

• I am rich in faith. (James 2:5)

Meditating on the truth of who you are advances you in God's love through self-love.
