Psalm 145:9 (KJV) states, “The LORD is good to all: and his tender mercies are over all his works.”

Goodness and mercy are God-given desires that satisfy your heart.

One meaning of good is a spiritual advantage that proceeds from your soul.

There is an opportunity to be well in every area of your life.  The goodness of God is the source of being well.

The mercy of God, which is compassion from God to be good to you.

Sometimes you can see your shadow when walking outside.  

You can’t run away from your shadow; it follows you everywhere you go.

The goodness and mercy of God follow you like your shadow.

Psalm 23:6 (BSB) states, “Surely goodness and mercy will follow me all the days of my life, and I will dwell in the house of the LORD forever.”

It is the favor of God that allows goodness and mercy to follow you by grace.

Goodness and mercy are seen in your life with a heart of gratitude.
