Hi,

I hope all is well with you!

You are your greatest asset through human capital.

Human Capital is the economic value humans possess through skills, knowledge, and experience.

Genesis 1:28 (NKJV) says, "Then God blessed them, and God said to them, “Be fruitful and multiply; fill the earth and subdue it..."

Part of God's blessing of fruitfulness is to be productive in using your talent through your calling.

All humans were born with a talent.

You have a talent.

Talent is part of human capital.

Calling + Talent + Productivity = Human Capital

Dread in anyone's life decreases the value of human capital.

There is a new term in the American workforce.

The term is Quiet Quitting. Quiet Quitting is when employees show up for work and do just enough of their job duties. Quiet quitters do not go above or beyond their job description.

Gallup, global analytics and advice firm, revealed the American workforce employee engagement data.

The following is Gallup's employee engagement data:

  • 50% of American employees are quiet quitting.

  • 18% are actively disengaged from their job duties.

  • 32% of American employees are engaged in their careers.

Over half of the American workforce are not satisfied with their job.

The astounding numbers represent the presence of dread in the American workforce.

Deuteronomy 1:29 (KJV) says, "Then I said unto you, Dread not..."

Dread weakens the spirit, soul, and body.

God made the spirit, soul, and body of every human being to thrive in desires.

What is your calling?

What is your talent?

Your calling and talent are desires.

Only God can fulfill your desires.

Psalm 145:16 (NIV) says, "You open your hand and satisfy the desires of every living thing."

God satisfies your desires through personal growth.

2 Peter 3:18 (NIV) says, "But grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. To him be glory both now and forever! Amen."

  • Growing in grace includes expanding your image, talent, and influence under God's influence.

  • Growing in a relationship with God is knowing Jesus' character as a disciple.

What is personal growth?

Personal growth is life advancement through accelerated growth.

There is a connection between being productive in Genesis 1:28 and John 15:16.

  • God blessed you to be productive in Genesis 1:28.

  • Jesus chose you to produce your calling in John 15:16.

There is a gap between dread and desires.

How do you close the gap between where you are and where you want to be?

You close the gap through life advancement, which is accelerated growth.

By spiritual law, you are to grow from the foundation of who you are.

Spiritual maturity occurs through spiritual growth.

You advance your mind, will, and emotions when you grow spiritually.

You grow spiritually by:

1. Conforming to the image of Jesus

Romans 8:29 (NLT) says, "For God knew his people in advance, and he chose them to become like his Son, so that his Son would be the firstborn among many brothers and sisters."

2. Fulfilling God's plans for you

Jeremiah 29:11 (NIV) says, For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future."

I share this information because human capital is the greatest asset on earth. You are the greatest asset that no person can duplicate.

Love and Blessing,

Tulani
