God qualified to prosper in every area of your life. Think of your relationships, health, finances, career, business, or spiritual life. Which area do you desire to prosper in?
In the past, I reflected on my life and gathered reasons why I couldn't succeed. I was stuck in the belief that I wasn’t “qualified” to experience God’s best for my life. I believed my past mistakes disqualified me for success. I was “sleep” to the truth that Jesus paid the price for all the reasons I couldn’t succeed.
2 Corinthians 5:21 (KJV) says, “For he hath made him to be sin for us, who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of God in him.” You're qualified through righteousness in God to experience success.
Righteousness means being in right standing with God. In other words, you must be “woke” to your righteousness in God. 1 Corinthians 15:34 (KJV) says, “Awake to righteousness, and sin not; for some have not the knowledge of God: I speak this to your shame.” This is a truth you must keep in your mind daily.
Here are 3 truths to staying in right standing with God:
1. Believe God: You must believe God’s truth about your life. Do you believe God will prosper every area of your life? Galatians 3:6 (NIV) says, “So also Abraham “believed God, and it was credited to him as righteousness.” Your belief in God and His promises is what qualifies you to prosper in every area of your life.
2. Value God: To fear God is to value God. You show value towards God when you give Him full attention. Do you value God’s instructions for your life? Proverbs 1:7 (KJV) says, “The fear of the Lord is the beginning of knowledge: but fools despise wisdom and instruction.” God has instructions for your life that put you on the path of righteousness.
3. Renew Your Mind: Renew your mind to who God created you to be. You will see yourself in right standing with God. Are you sitting at the table God prepared for you? Psalm 23:5 (KJV) says, “Thou preparest a table before me in the presence of mine enemies: thou anointest my head with oil; my cup runneth over.” Every day you face distractions. Distractions will cause to get up from the table God prepared for you. You remain seated at the table God prepared for you when you keep your mind renewed in God’s word.
I challenge you to strengthen your mind believing your righteousness in God. This is God's strategy to prosper you in every area of your life.
